Happy Friday Angels! It’s the best day of the week and from now on the healthiest, because every Friday I’ll be posting a fitness blog with either a workout or a healthy recipe. This is all courtesy of my amazing friend, Kristen, and owner of UpLift Fitness.

2 lbs chicken breast
4 garlic cloves peeled and smashed
1 14.5 oz can low sodium diced tomatoes drained
4 ribs celery diced (1 cup)
1 bell pepper chopped
2 small zucchini diced
1 18oz jar low sodium marinara
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp Thyme
1. Place chicken in slow cooker. Dump all ingredients on top of chicken. Turn cooker on low and cook for 6-7hrs.
2. Shred chicken before serving.
