Happy Friday once again and you know what that means. We have a video from my good friend, Kristen, at UpLift Fitness. She going to teach you how to make a yummy, quick, pick me up you can have anytime of the day. Enjoy!
1 cup cashews (or almonds)
1/4 cup coconut
1 1/2 cup dried pitted dates
1. Combined all in food processor… Pulse to separate. Then process for 30 secs.
2. Form into balls… Should make 10-15 bites. Store in Tupperware in fridge.
