I’m here to give you another #TGIFF from our one and only Kristen from UpLift Fitness. If you haven’t already started to watch Fuller House on Netflix, make sure you make this yummy recipe first so you can have something healthy to snack on.
- 2T Honey
- 1/2 cup Walnuts chopped
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Allspice
- 3 Fuji apples
1. Preheat oven to 375. Spray baking dish well.
2. Cut apples in half and cut out core. Set aside. In a small bowl mix all remains ingredients. Spoon in to the cent of Apple halves.
3. Bake for 10 minutes then cover with foil loosely for remaining 15 minutes. Allow to cool and serve warm.
